Targets should have greater than € 5 mm revenue, negative or sub-optimal profitability (- 30% to + 10% EBITDA margin) and they should be located in Europe or North America.

    White Park develops and invests directly in compelling real estate projects that possess attractive long-term capital appreciation potential.

    White Park takes long only positions in undervalued, noncyclical stocks that are publicly traded on North American and European Exchanges.

White Park has the ability to invest in all parts of the capital structure and in real estate credit and structured products.

Public Securities

White Park takes long only positions in undervalued, noncyclical stocks that are publicly traded on North American and European Exchanges.

Mr. Belford founded White Park Capital in late 2010 and leads its investment activities with a proven team of Analysts and Operating Partners. Previously, he was a Senior Associate at CoBe Capital in New York City, where he led the firm’s deal team. Mr. Belford has completed numerous acquisitions from the Fortune 250. Prior to CoBe, he was an Analyst at Clerestory Capital Partners, an opportunistic real estate fund-of-funds focusing on “small cap” opportunities. He actively manages White Park’s team of seasoned operations executives and works closely with White Park’s strategic investment partners. He holds a B.A. from Columbia University and a M.Phil from Cambridge University.
